Orientation Day 3.

i don't know if it's better..
Anyway, we played games and run + walk in the rain.
my muscles are aching now! -.-

my sister say normally ppl's muscle cramp the next day
but mine straight on the day.
She say i really too long nv run/exercise le.
lol.

Forgetful me forgot the rest i wanted to blog!
