Went for floorball PHYSICAL TRAINING JUST NOW. Can anyone believe it? me leh, SHIRLEYLIM going for physical training! lol. plus the fact i've not exercise for more than 2 yrs le -.- if you ppl don't know i nv take napha for sec 4 & 5! (:
WELL, the running just now has nearly toll my life away!... However the rest of the training were quite fun actually as it got back some memories i have when hkmb was enthusiastic about drills. lol.
